摘 要:分别使用膨胀阻燃剂(IFR)和重质填料硫酸钡(Ba SO4)对乙烯-醋酸乙烯酯共聚物(EVA)进行阻燃性和隔音性改性,并利用微层共挤出技术制备了具有阻燃层/隔音层交替层状结构的8层EVA基阻燃隔音复合材料。扫描电子显微镜测试结果表明,复合材料的隔音层和阻燃层沿挤出方向交替层状排列,为特殊的双连续相结构。对多层复合材料以及普通共混材料的垂直燃烧、极限氧指数、锥形量热测试结果表明,交替层状结构使得多层复合材料的阻燃性能大大提升:氧指数从普通共混材料的24%提升到32%;UL94垂直燃烧等级从普通共混材料的无等级提升到V-1级;点燃时间大大延长且热释放速率进一步降低。此外,隔音测试结果表明,多层复合材料的隔音量曲线与普通共混材料的隔音量曲线基本重合,保持了高隔音性能。An alternating eight-layered EVA composite, consisting of flame-retardant layer modified with intumescent flame retardant (IFR) and sound insulation layer modified with barium sulfate ( BaSO4 ), was prepared through microlayer coextrusion. The scanning electron micrographs indicated that flame-retardant layer and the sound insulation layer were arranged alternately along the extrusion direction to form a double continuous phase structure. According to results of vertical burning test, limited oxygen index test and Cone calorimeter test for the eight-layered composite and the common blending composite, the alternating muhilayered structure has a positive effect on the improvement of the flame retardancy of the composite: the limiting oxygen index value of the eight-layered EVA composite is improved to 32% compared to 24% of the common blending composite; the UL94 rating of the eight-layered EVA composite achieves V-1 but the common blending composite has no rating; additionally, the time to ignition is greatly prolonged and the heat release rate of eight-layered EVA composite is decreased obviously. The results of impedance tube measuring system show that eight-layered EVA composite has excellent sound insulation properties as the same as the common blending composite.
