基于改进熵值赋权法和TOPSIS模型的综合评价应用

摘　　要：在运用熵值赋权法处理综合评价问题的过程中,当出现极端值时指标值会出现异常的不足,为此对熵值赋权法进行了修正,并利用数据的信息度量和信息损失的容忍度,讨论了修正的范围及修正的影响,给出了熵值赋权法修正的范围。利用修正的熵值赋权法和改进的TOPSIS模型,对比综合垂面距离和无量纲综合值排名对广西14个城市作了城市旅游竞争力综合评价的排名和分析,结果表明:无纲综合值排名不够客观,而熵权综合和垂面距离排名也有区别,从综合城市旅游竞争力的其他重要指标看,熵权综合值改进模型得出的结论更符合实际情况。In the process of dealing with the comprehensive evaluation problems by entropy weighting method, when there is an extreme value, the indicator value will be abnormal.The entropy method was improved and the range of correction and effect were discussed through data information measurement and information loss toler-ance.Through the modified entropy method and improved TOPSIS, compared with vertical projection distance and dimensionless comprehensive value, according to the comprehensive evaluation of urban tourism competi-tiveness, 14 cities in Guangxi have been ranked.The result is analyzed, which shows that the dimensionless comprehensive value is not objective enough.The entropy weight method and vertical distance are also differ-ent.Combined with other indicators, the conclusion of improved model is more applicable.
