摘　　要：对我国重金属污染环境健康损害补偿工作现状进行分析,并结合我国国情及日本重金属污染健康损害补偿制度,提出适合我国的政策建议。建立和健全法律法规体系,制定环境重金属污染健康损害判定和补偿标准,加强重金属污染环境健康损害状况的监督监管,是解决我国环境重金属污染健康损害补偿的关键。The current situation of environmental health damage compensation caused by metal pollution in China is analyzed. Based on the real situation of China＇ s environmental health damage management and the experience of metal health damage compensation in Japan, the political suggestion is proposed. The key points of health damage compensation for metal pollution are establishment and improvement of legal system, development of health damage identification and compensation standards, and strengthen of environmental management, monitoring and supervisions.
