摘　　要：针对目前环评公众参与问卷调查工作中存在的调查数量随意性、调查结果可信程度的不确定性等问题,通过对现阶段典型公众参与调查问卷结构进行分析、对问卷调查结果样本分布特性等问题进行讨论,将统计学中关于样本数量确定的方法引入环评公众参与问卷调查样本数量的确定中,并给出了相应的确定步骤及需要注意的问题。以期有助于提高环评公众参与问卷调查结果的科学性和可信性。According to the existing issues in EIA public participation, such as arbitrariness insetting the sample size of survey, and uncertainty in the credibility of research results, this paper analyzes the structure of current typical public participation questionnaire in detail, discussed the characteristics of sample distribution in the results of questionnaire, introduces the statistical method of determining the sample size into EIA public participation, and presents the determining steps and problems that require special attention in order to be helpful in improving the scientificity and credibility of survey results of public participation in EIA.
