摘　　要：使用陶瓷膜管处理一次盐水技术,所生产的一次盐水质量稳定,SS及钙、镁的含量非常低。适用于不断发展的离子膜法生产烧碱工艺。并且整个操作采用DCS集中控制,极大降低了操作人员的劳动强度。占地面积小,非常适合扩建及新建氯碱企业的布局。By using ceranic membrane tube technology in the course of disposing primary brine, the primary brine have a stable quality and the SS, calcium, magnesium content is very low. This technology can be applied in caustic soda production which through the increasingly developed method of ionic membrane. DCS centralized control is used in the whole operation course, this greatly reduces the labor intensity of operation staffs. Another advantage is small occupation space which is particularly suitable for the layout of the expanded and new chlor-alkali enterprises.
