薄层扫描法测定健肝I号合剂中的绿原酸含量

摘　　要：目的　建立健肝Ⅰ号合剂的质量控制标准。方法　采用双波长薄层扫描法 ,以醋酸乙酯 -甲酸 -水 (7∶2 .5∶2 .5 )的上层溶液为展开剂 ,检测波长λS=32 4nm ,参比波长λR=370nm ,测定该制剂中绿原酸含量。结果　线性范围 0 .4 4～ 3.5 2 μg ,r =0 .9987,平均回收率为 97.4 2 % ,RSD =1.94 % (n=5 )。结论　本法准确、简便 ,适合该制剂中绿原酸含量的测定。Aim To establish a method for the determination of chlorogenic acid in the number I of jiangan mixture.Methods To determine the content of chlorogenic acid by dual-wavelength TLC-scanning method with 324nm and 370nm as the detection and reference wavelength respectively,andwith the upper of EtOAc:MeOH:H 2O (7∶2.5∶2.5) as developer.Results The linear range of chlorogenic acid was 0.44～3.52μg.The average recovery was 97.42% (RSD=1.94%,n=5) with linear relationship (r=0.998 7).Conclusions The method is simple and accurate,which could be used for the quality control of the number I of jiangan mixture.
