摘  要:铀资源是重要的战略资源,随着经济的持续增长,我国能源需求日益增加,大力发展核电则必然加大铀矿开采力度。在实地调研和数据采集的基础上,对我国某铀矿进行了物质流分析,构建了铀矿开采效率指标体系,采用模糊数学综合评价法对其进行了循环经济开采效率的评价,结果显示:该铀矿的采矿系统和冶炼系统的效率高,环境系统仍然存在着很多问题。综合评价认为该铀矿的开采效率低,属于粗放式开采,不具备循环经济特征。针对目前铀矿业循环经济水平较低的现状,提出了铀矿业发展循环经济的建议。The uranium resource is an important strategic resource.Along with the fast growing of national economy,the energy demands increase day by day.Developing the nuclear electricity vigorously requests to enlarge uranium mine mining.Based on field surveys and data collections,a uranium mine was analyzed by material flow,and a set of index system was established.The mining efficiency of circular economy was evaluated by fuzzy mathematics comprehensive evaluation.And the evaluated results showed that the efficiency of mining system and smelting system in this uranium ore was good,while the environmental system had many problems.The comprehensive evaluation showed that the mining efficiency of this uranium mine was low and belonged to vulgar mining,without a circular economy feature.In view of the present low level of circular economy situation for the uranium mines,some suggestions were proposed.
