摘 要:建筑结构用钢板以其优良的性能,已经逐步应用于现代钢结构工程中。目前,我国关于钢结构的设计规范中仅有Q345GJ钢的设计指标。为了了解国产建筑结构用钢板的生产情况,补充完整建筑结构用钢板的设计指标,对目前国内主要钢铁企业生产的和钢结构加工企业加工的Q390GJ,Q420GJ和Q460GJ钢进行了调研。调研的内容包括力学性能。同时,开展了独立的材性试验。将这些数据按照不同钢材牌号不同厚度进行分组,对每组钢材的屈服强度数据进行了统计分析。综合考虑上下屈服强度的折减和试验不定性的影响,最终得到了Q390GJ,Q420GJ和Q460GJ钢的材料不定性统计参数。得到的材料不定性参数将作为下一步计算抗力分项系数的基础,为工程设计人员应用这些钢材提供参考。With the excellent performance, steel plates for building structures have been gradually applied in modern steelstructures. Now in Chinese steel structure design codes, there is only the design value for Q345GJ steel. Thus, in order toinvestigate the production status of domestic steel plates for building structures and complete the design values, Q390GJ,Q420GJ and Q460GJ steels produced by major steel manufacturers and fabricated by major steel structure companies inChina have been studied. The research content contains the data of mechanical properties. In the meantime, theindependent material test was also carried out. The data were classified by different grades and thicknesses, and the yieldstrength data of each group were analyzed by mathematical statistics method. Considering the difference between the upperyield strength and the lower yield strength and the influence of the test uncertainty, the statistical parameters of materialuncertainty of Q390GJ, Q420GJ and Q460GJ were finally obtained, which would be used for calculating the partial factorsof resistance of steel plates for building structures and help the engineers apply this kind of steel.
