摘 要:焊接残余应力导致蜂窝梁截面纤维过早达到屈服,并降低了蜂窝梁截面的抗侧扭转刚度。为了研究残余应力对蜂窝梁侧扭屈曲的影响,根据蜂窝梁残余应力试验测量结果和简化分布模型,编写了描述残余应力大小和分布的ANSYS初应力文件,并在非线性分析中以此来考虑残余应力对蜂窝梁侧扭屈曲的影响,使对蜂窝梁的整体稳定性能的研究更加完善。结果表明:残余应力对蜂窝梁弹塑性侧扭失稳的影响很大,其中翼缘两侧残余压应力峰值对蜂窝梁侧扭失稳的影响最为显著。The influence of welding residual stresses on castellated beams causes premature yield and loss of torsionalstiffness of castellated beam section. To study influence of residual stresses on lateral-torsional buckling of castellatedbeams, the initial stress files of ANSYS software which described the magnitude and distribution of residual stresses werecompiled according to the measured results and simplified distribution pattern of the residual stresses on castellated beams.The effects of the residual stresses on the lateral-torsional buckling of castellated beams were considered in non-linearanalysis, to improve the investigation on the overall buckling behavior of the castellated beam. The results show that theresidual stresses significantly affect the elastic-plastic lateral-torsional buckling of the castellated beams and the amplitudesof compression stresses in two sides of flange perform the most significant effects.
