摘 要:通过有限元分析及足尺模型试验研究,提出了H型钢梁腹板大开洞采用纵、横加劲肋加固方法,矩形洞口宽度达到1 200mm,超出现行规范洞口宽度限值750mm,矩形洞口宽高比小于等于3,洞口间距大于2/3洞宽。通过分析H型钢梁纵、横加劲肋的宽度、厚度及外伸长度,研究了纵、横加劲肋的加固效率,提出了洞口加固可采用纵向加劲肋同钢梁翼缘厚度,横向加劲肋贯通梁高且厚度同钢梁腹板,纵、横加劲肋不宜过宽的加固方法。大开洞钢梁加固设计宜采用有限元法分析其加固效果。试验结果表明,采用本文方法加固大开洞钢梁是安全可靠的,并在超高层工程中得到实际应用。Through the finite element analysis and full scale model experimental research, strengthening method withlongitudinal and transverse stiffening ribs on H-shaped steel beam with large holes in web was proposed. The width of therectangular hole reaches 1 200mm which is beyond the current specification hole width limit value of 750mm, and thewidth-height ratio of rectangular hole is less than or equal to 3 while hole spacing is larger than 2 / 3 hole width. Throughthe analyses of the width, thickness and overhang length of longitudinal and transverse stiffening ribs for H-shaped steelbeam, strengthening efficieneies of longitudinal and transverse stiffening ribs were studied. The strengthening method ofholes was proposed that the longitudinal stiffening rib thickness could equals to steel beam flange thickness, that transversestiffening rib could penetrate along the beam height and had identical thickness as steel beam web, and that longitudinaland transverse stiffening ribs should not be too wide. Large hole strengthening design of steel beam should adopt finiteelement method to analyze the strengthening effects. Experimental results show that strengthening the steel beam with largeholes with above method is safe and reliable, which is applied in super high-rise building project.
