风湿液联合玻璃酸钠治疗老年膝骨关节炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察风湿液联合玻璃酸钠治疗老年膝骨关节炎的临床疗效。方法:将90例老年膝骨关节炎患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组45例。对照组给予玻璃酸钠膝关节腔内注射,每次20 mg,每周1次。治疗组在对照组治疗基础上加服风湿液,每次10 m L,每日3次。两组均以5周为1个疗程。观察两组治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分、Lequesne指数及实验室指标。结果:治疗后,两组患者VAS评分、Lequesne指数、红细胞沉降率和C-反应蛋白较治疗前均有改善(P<0.05),且治疗组优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:风湿液联合玻璃酸钠治疗老年膝骨关节炎能够有效地缓解关节疼痛、改善关节功能,值得临床推广应用。Objective：To observe the clinical effect of treating elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis by combining rheumatism liquid and sodium hyaluronate.Methods：90 cases of knee osteoarthritis were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group,45 cases in each.The control group was given intraarticular injection of sodium hyaluronate,20 mg per time and once a week.Based on the treatment of the control group,the treatment group was orally given rheumatism liquid,10 mL per time and 3 times a day.They were treated for 5 weeks as 1 course,observing the visual analog scale （VAS） score,Lequesne index and laboratory index of the two groups before and after treatment.Results：After treatment,VAS score,Lequesne index,erythrocyte sedimentation rate,C-reactive protein of the two groups were more improved than those before treatment （ P 〈 0.05 ） ,and the treatment group was better than the control group （ P 〈 0.05 ） .Conclusion：Combining rheumatism liquid and sodium hyaluronate in the treatment of elderly patients with knee osteoarthritis can more effectively relieve joint pain and improve joint function,worthy of clinical application.
