摘　　要：针对"两会"北京电视转播系统建设和使用这类既具有临时性又具有周期性的项目活动,在总结过去历年项目实践经验的基础上,运用项目化管理理念,设计出一套项目管理模板,作为今后实施此类项目的管理工具。项目管理模板的设计与使用是在电视台推行项目化管理的一次尝试。In this paper, a set of project management templates is designed as the tools for future implementation of ＂ NPC and CP- PCC＂ TV broadcast system in Beijing. Aiming at this type of project with both temporary and recurring activities, the templates are designed based on the past experience over the years with the project-based management concept. The design and application of project management templates is an attempt to implement the project-based management by TV stations.
