摘 要:选用4种不同等级的超高压交联聚乙烯电缆绝缘料为研究对象,包括1种国产料和3种进口料。采用凝胶渗透色谱(GPC)和旋转流变仪等方法,深入研究4种材料的结构与性能的关系,分析了其长支链(LCB)结构与流变性能的关系。GPC的结果表明,4种样品的重均分子量在65000~75000 g/mol,而分子量分布约为5.0。通过对流变学参数的分析,比如零剪切黏度、低频末端储能模量曲线的斜率和Cole-Cole曲线的偏离程度,发现4种样品的长支链含量由高到低的排序为:进口样C、进口样B、YJ-110、进口样A。结合样品的耐压等级可知,绝缘料长支链的含量会随着耐压等级的增加而增加。Four kinds of extra-high-voltage (EHV) crosslinked polyethylene (XLPE) cables of different grades, including one domestic sample and three imported samples, were selected as research object. Gel permeation chromatography (GPC) and rotational rheometer were used to investigate the relationship between structure and properties, especially the relationship between long chain branched (LCB) structure and rheological properties of these four materials. The GPC results showed that the weight-average molecular weight of four samples was between 65 000 g/mol and 75 000 g/mol, and the molecular weight distribution was about 5.0. Through the analysis of rheological parameters, such as the zero shear visco-sity, low frequency terminal slope of storage modulus, and the deviation of the Cole-Cole curves, we found that the order from high to low of LCB content for four samples is Import C, Import B, YJ-110, Import A. Combined with the voltage levels of the samples, we obtained that the LCB content of insulation materials increased with the increase of voltage level.
