摘 要:农地经营权流转能使农民劳动生产率显著提升。本文通过建立一个基于农地经营权流转市场的农户决策模型,系统分析了转入和转出土地对农户家庭劳动生产率(劳均收入)的影响,得到如下结论:在土地流转完成后,转入土地的农户家庭总劳动生产率水平将因农业生产效率水平的提升而提高;转出土地的农户家庭总劳动生产率水平将因非农劳动生产率水平的提升而提高;未参与土地流转的农户家庭总劳动生产率绝对水平保持不变。为了验证理论模型的结论,本文基于2013年对21个省(市、自治区)30个县的农户家庭微观调研数据,分别使用倾向得分匹配法和代理变量法进行了基本的回归分析和稳健性检验。实证分析的结论与理论模型相吻合。Transfer of land in rural areas could make farmers' labor productivity increase remarkably. In this paper, we construct a farmer household's decision model based on rural land markets and systematically analyze the effects of leasing in and out land on distinct farmer families' labor productivity (income per labor). Subsequently, we get the conclusion below: after finishing the transfer of land management right, the labor productivity of farmer family leasing land in will increase significantly resulting from the rise of agricultural total factor productivity(TFP) ; the labor productivity of farmer family leasing land out will increase significantly due to the boost of non-agricultural labor productivity; the labor productivity of farmer family not involved in the transfer of land management right keeps unchanged, but has declined relatively. Aiming to prove the theoretical conclusion, we use the survey data covering 30 counties' farmer families in 21 provinces in China to do the basic empirical analysis, and respectively use proxy variable method and propensity score matching method to do the basic empirical analysis and robust check. The results of basic empirical analysis and robust check are considerably consistent, and highly support the theoretical conclusion.
