摘  要:木质素是自然界中储量第二大的天然聚合物,其分子结构主要为醚键或碳一碳键交联而成的三维网络结构。木质素作为造纸工业的副产物,常用作表面活性剂或燃料,资源利用不合理。本工作旨在将木质素转化为高附加值的超级电容器用活性炭产品。首先对原料木质素进行提纯处理,制得精制木质素,然后通过化学活化制备木质素基活性炭,并对木质素基活性炭的结构及电化学性能进行表征。实验结果显示,活化温度为850℃时,木质素基活性炭的孔径分布合理,比表面积达到2470m^2/g,比电容达到156F/g。以木质素为原料成功制备了电化学性能优异的超级电容器用活性炭。Lignin is, after cellulose, the second largest natural relay natural polymers. Lignin's molecular structure is mainly an ether bond or a carbon-carbon bond cross-linked three-dimensional network structure. As a major byproduct of the paper industry, lignin often uses as low-grade fuel for boilers and industrial burners. It is irrational use of lignin resources. We would like study lignin aim to convert it into high value-added products, such as super-capacitors activated carbon. The first step is purifying the alkali lignin by acid precipitation to obtain high purity lignin. Then using the product of first step prepares the activated carbon by chemical activation. The structure and electrochemical properties are studied. Experimental results show that 850℃ is the suitable activated temperature of lignin. The activated carbon pore size distribute reasonable. The specific surface area and specific capacitance reaches 2470 m^2/g and 156 F/g. it is successful to make lignin-based activated carbon with good electrochemical performance.
