摘  要:C/C复合材料在高温有氧环境中极易氧化极大地制约了其在航天航空领域中的应用,而抗氧化涂层技术能够有效地解决这一问题。本文综述了不同温域段包括中低温、高温、超高温环境下使用的抗氧化涂层的国内外研究现状,总结了最新的涂层制备工艺,其中激光化学气相沉积法具有很好的前景,并且指出了目前抗氧化涂层研究中仍存在的一些问题。Oxidation of carbon/carbon composites limits their applications for aerobic structural aviation and aerospace fields at high-temperature. Coating is the best method for protection of C/C composites against oxidation at high-temperature. Recent research progress in the anti-oxidation of carbon/carbon composites which are at different temperature sections including low-temperature, high-temperature, super high temperatures were reported in this paper. And new advance in development of coating technologies were also introduced in details. Laser chemical vapor deposition shows great potential. And some problems based on the current study were put forward.
