国产电刷替代进口电刷在Vestas风机上应用的研究

摘　　要：风力发电机是风机的主要部件。它将变速箱传采的机械能转化为电能，发电机与电网相连，电网将电能传到用户。发电机的碳刷主要是提供励磁电源给转子。目前Vestas风机所需碳刷全部依靠进口，我们研发了国产电刷替代进口电刷在Vestas风电机组上的使用，填补了国内银石墨电刷在风电行业应用上的空白。Wind power generator is a major part of the fan. It can transform of mechanical energy into electricity, generator connected to the power grid, and the grid electricity to the user. Generator carbon brush mainly offers rotor excitation source. Currently Vestas fan imports all the carbon brush, we developed the domestic brush instead of the import in Vestas wind turbines on the use of silver graphite brush to fill the domestic blank on the wind power industry applications.
