泡沫炭材料表面二氧化硅气凝胶水分散体制备及性能表征

摘  要:以涂刷法制备了泡沫炭材料表面二氧化硅气凝胶水分散体涂层,研究了二氧化硅气凝胶水分散体涂层对于树脂基泡沫炭热性能的影响。利用LFA457激光导热仪考察泡沫炭材料与二氧化硅/泡沫炭材料25℃、200℃、400℃、600℃的热学性能,结果表明两种材料的导热系数均随着温度的升高而升高,且二氧化硅/泡沫炭材料不同温度下的导热系数均高于泡沫炭材料。使用氧乙炔试验考察高温下二氧化硅气凝胶涂层的结构变化,结果表明二氧化硅气凝胶结构在高温下极易受到破坏,只能在特定温度条件下发挥作用。Abstract: SiO2-aerogels coating on the surface of carbon foam is prepared by slurry method and the effects of SiO2-aerogels on the thermal resin-based carbon foam are studied. Thermal properties of carbon foam and carbon foam with SiO2-aerogels coating are studied at 25℃, 200℃, 400℃ and 600℃ by LFA 457 laser flash apparatus. The results show that the thermal conductivity of the two materials is increased with the increase of temperature and the thermal conductivity of carbon foam with SiO2-aerogels coating is higher than carbon foam at different temperatures. Their high-temperature oxidation resistance has been studied using a oxyacetylene torch test facility. The results show that SiO2-aerogels can play a role at a specific temperature as the structure of SiO2-aerogels is easily destroyed at high temperature. SiO2-aerogels should be combined with other materials as functional or structural materials for the poor strength of SiO2-aerogels.
