马钢大圆坯连铸机特点及问题分析与改进

摘　　要：介绍了马钢特钢大圆坯连铸机的工艺流程、主要技术参数及主体设备的功能技术特点。深入研究分析了连铸机在后期生产中暴露出问题，并对连铸机存在的问题进行必要的现场改造和技术完善，提出了设计和生产中的注意事项和解决方案，可以为同类型连铸机设计和生产提供一定参考作用，提高连铸生产线稳定性。This paper introduced the technological process, main technical parameters and main equipment technical characteristics of big round bloom continuous caster at special steel company of Ma Steel. Problems exposed in the later production of the continuous caster were studied and analyzed, the necessary transformation and technology improvement were carried out, and the matters of attention and solutions in the design and production were put forward, which could provide a certain reference effect for the design and production of the same type continuous caster and improve the stability of the continuous casting production line.
