摘　　要：体面劳动被纳入新千年发展目标的框架之中,已经成为许多国家就业政策的战略目标。我国大学生就业呈现出就业过程拉长与就业质量欠佳的情况,大学生体面劳动赤字主要体现在缺乏充足的就业机会、不完善的社会保护、被剥夺工作的权利以及社会对话中的不足等方面。为此,可以采取包容性发展举措,构建政府-工会-企业-个人多方参与合作的就业发展模式,促进大学生体面劳动的实现。Decent work has been incorporated into the framework of the new Millennium Development Goals, and hasbecome a strategic target of many national employment policies. Employment delay and poor quality of undergraduates＂employment is normal in our country. Undergraduates＂ decent work deficit is mainly reflected in the lack of adequateemployment opportunities, imperfect social protection, the right to be deprived of work and the lack of social dialogue and etc.This requires us to adopt inclusive development initiatives to build a new developmental model participated by various partieslike government, unions, enterprises, individuals and promote the realization of undergraduates＂ decent work.
