摘 要:针对榫卯、点焊等传统连接技术的缺陷,国内学者提出了板材的冷冲压连接技术。根据其原理,提出了新的接头形式,并对其成形规律进行了研究。在成形规律中,板材连接部分的厚度及宽度发生了一定变化,对此进行了深入分析。同时,成形载荷经历了特征变化,首先曲线缓慢上升,随后载荷急剧上升,当载荷达到一定程度后,曲线继续缓慢上升,直至保持不变。根据载荷曲线这一系列变化将成形载荷分成4个特征阶段。接头处的厚度变化分布呈现先增大后减小的趋势,且曲线近似对称分布。通过对模拟结果与试验结果进行分析发现,接头处的宽度明显增大,且二者结果吻合的较好。For the defects of riveting and spot welding connection technologies, the cold stamping connection technology was put forward by domestic scholars. According to the principle, a new joint method and the corresponding forming law were carried out. The results show that some changes take place in the thickness and the width of connecting section and they are deeply analyzed. At the same time, the forming load experiences the characteristic stages. The curve increases slowly at first, then rises sharply. When the load reaches a certain degree, the curve continues to rise slowly until the load keeps constant. According to the changes of the load curve, the forming load is divided into four stages. The thickness distribution of joint appears to increase first and then decrease, and the curve presents an approximately symmetric distribution. Through the analysis between the simulation and the experimental results, the width of joint increases obviously, and they agree with each other well.
