摘  要:以邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯(DAP)为单体,过氧化苯甲酰(BPO)为引发剂,采用本体聚合方法制备了邻苯二甲酸二烯丙酯预聚体(PDAP),并研究了PDAP对紫外光固化不饱和聚酯树脂的改性作用。结果表明,BPO用量为单体用量3%、聚合温度80℃时,聚合转化率可达到50%。根据Arrhenius经验方程计算得到DAP单体聚合反应活化能为E_a=154.2kJ/mol,指前因子A为1.82×10^(10)。在光固化不饱和聚酯树脂体系内加入一定量的PDAP,固化膜的硬度、耐水性、附着力和抗冲击性都有较大程度提高。The diallyl phthalate prepolymer was prepared by bulk polymerization with diethyl phthalate as monomer and benzoyl peroxide as initiator, and it was employed in UV-curable unsaturated polyester resin coatings. Results showed that the conversion of diallyl phthalate could reach 50% by adding 3% weight of BPO under 80 ℃. According to Arrhenius' equation, the activation energy (Ea) and pre-exponential factor (A) of diallyl phthalate is 154. 2 kJ/mol and 1. 82 × 10^10 respectively. The scratch resistance, impact resistance, pencil hardness and adhesion could be improved with the introduction of diallyl phthalate prepolymer.
