摘 要:以锡类化合物催化癸二酸和异辛醇为原料合成了癸二酸二异辛酯,以GM-1为催化剂考察了反应条件对酯化反应的影响。在反应温度190℃,原料配比n(癸二酸)∶n(异辛醇)=1∶2.4,w(催化剂)=0.05%,反应时间7h条件下,酯化反应转化率99.5%以上,高温脱醇过程中粗酯的性能稳定。粗酯直接过滤即可得到产品,处理方法简单,不需要蒸馏,不产生液废和固废,催化剂可以重复使用。Bis(2-ethylhexyl) sebacata was synthesized with the esterification of sebacic acid and iso-octyl alcohol over Sn catalysts. Results showed that the GM-1 has the highest catalytic activity, and under the GM-1 catalyst, the reaction technology were investigated. The esterification reaction conversion rate could be above 99.5% when reaction temperature was 190 ℃, molar ratio of sebacic acid to iso-octyl alcohol was 1 : 2.4, re(cat) : re(reactants):0.05%/1 and reaction time was 7 h. The cata- lyst can be recycled and bis(2-ethylhexyl) sebacata has excellent stability in high temperature condition. After filtrating, bis(2-ethylhexyl) sebacata can be used directly, without distiIlation procedure. No pollutants like waste water and slag were produced.
