我国首例输入性中东呼吸综合征医院感染控制措施及其效果评价

摘　　要：目的采取医院感染防控措施应对我国首例输入性中东呼吸综合征(MERS),并评价其实施效果。方法通过严格落实病例隔离、个人防护及消毒措施,采用real-time PCR检测方法及时评价消毒效果,评价MERS医院感染防控效果。结果经采取对病人严格隔离、医护人员个人防护、探视者防护、病房分区隔离等严格隔离防护措施,本次输入性MERS病人入住的医院未发生病原因子外传,实现了零感染。经随时消毒后定期检测和终末消毒后检测,各类物品MERS冠状病毒real-time PCR结果均为阴性,提示该病房符合接受新病人的安全标准。结论此次应对首例输入MERS病例处置及时、措施有效、有效控制了疫情扩散,实现了零感染。Objective To deal with the risk of hospital infection,and evaluate the effect of prevention and control measures in the first imported case of middle east respiratory syndrome coronavims（ MERS- Co V） in Guangdong China. Methods Strict implementation of case isolation,personal protective and disinfection measures,detection in time of disinfection effect by the real- time PCR,the effects were evaluated in the first imported case of MERS- Co V in Guangdong China. Results No nosocomial infection was found in the first imported case of MERS- Co V,when strict isolation of the patients,medical staff and visitors personal protection,isolation protective measures were carried out. Inspections of MERS coronavirus real-time PCR results all were negative after concurrent disinfection and final disinfection. It was prompt the ward compliance with the safety standards of accepting new patients. Conclusion In the first imported case of MERS- Co V in Guangdong China,the response and disposal to the cases were timely and effective,spread and infection did not occur.
