摘　　要：目的了解医院消毒供应中心（CSSD）硬件设施和管理现状,以便提出改进建议。方法采用整群抽样的方法,对山东省1 133家不同类型医院消毒供应中心（室）各种设备配置和管理现状进行调查。结果所调查的1133家医院的CSSD超声清洗装置总配置率仅为16.59%;三级和二级医院CSSD超声波清洗装置配置率分别为73.68%和45.10%,其他类型医院CSSD配置率均比较低。医院CSSD水枪、气枪及其他干燥设备配置率除三级医院配置率达到约75%之外,其他类型医院的CSSD配置率均波动在15%～45%。结论山东省医院CSSD的清洗相关设备配置率普遍较低,尤其是县区级医院和民营医院对CSSD清洗设备投入严重不足。Objective To understand the hardware facilities and management of hospital central sterile supply department（ CSSD）,so as to propose suggestions for improvement. Methods Using the method of cluster sampling,the status of various equipment configuration and management of central sterile department（ room） of 1133 different types of hospitals in Shandong province were investigated. Results The total allocation rate of CSSD was only 16. 59% in the 1133 hospitals surveyed,73. 68% in grade three hospitals and 45. 10% in grade two hospitals. The configuration rate of CSSD gun,air gun and other drying equipment were ranged from 15% to 45% except grade three hospital with the rate about 75%. Conclusion The CSSD cleaning equipment allocation rate of Shandong provincial hospital is low,especially shortage of inputs of CSSD cleaning equipment is serious in county level hospitals and private hospitals.
