摘 要:目的了解住院患者的医院感染现患率和抗菌药物使用情况,为制定医院感染预防控制措施提供依据。方法采用横断面调查方法,对某医院住院患者医院感染现患率进行调查。结果调查当日实查住院患者4 943例,实查率为100.00%;发生医院感染121例、131例次,感染率为2.45%、例次感染率为2.65%。感染率最高的科室为综合重症监护病房(ICU),为35.00%。以下呼吸道感染居首位,其次为腹腔内组织、血流、表浅切口和泌尿道感染。住院患者抗菌药物当日使用率为37.39%。结论该医院住院患者感染现患率基本反映医院感染的实际情况,应加强重点科室、重点环节及重点人群的医院感染预防与控制。Objective To understand prevalence rate of nosocomial infection and the usage of antibiotics of hospital inpatients,and to provide scientific basis for measures to prevent the occurrence of nosocomial infections. Methods A cross-sectional survey was conducted to investigate the prevalence rate of nosocomial infection in a hospital. Results 4943 inpatients were investigated with the actual investigation rate of 100. 00%. There were 121 cases and 131 case- times of nosocomial infection. The prevalence rate of nosocomial infections and case- time prevalence rate of nosocomial infections were 2.45% and 2. 65% respectively. The highest prevalence rate was 35. 00% in the intensive care unit,and lower respiratory tract is the most common site of nosocomial infection,followed by intraperitoneal tissues,blood flow,superficial incision and urinary tract infection. The rate of antibiotics usage for inpatients was 37. 39%. Conclusion The investigation of prevalence rate can reflect the basic situation of the hospital infection. We should strengthen infection control in key departments,key sectors and key population in hospital.
