补肾调周法对自然周期冻融胚胎移植的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨补肾调周法对自然周期冻融胚胎移植可行性和有效性。方法将160例接受自然周期冻融胚胎移植的患者随机分为研究组、对照组各80例,对照组采用江苏省人民医院生殖中心标准方案,研究组在此基础上联用补肾调周中药,观察两组研究对象在冻融胚胎移植时子宫内膜厚度、生化及临床妊娠率。结果经中药干预后,研究组对象冻融胚胎移植时子宫内膜的厚度显著增加(P<0.01);妊娠率显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论自然周期冻胚移植中采用补肾调周法可以增加移植时子宫内膜的厚度,促进胚胎着床,辅助安胎,提高临床妊娠率。Objective To observe the effects and values of kidney-reinforcing and menstrual cycle-regulating therapy in the natural cycle of frozen embryo transfer （ FET） . Method 160 FET patients from Jiangsu Province People Hos-pital were randomly divided into research group （80 cases） and control group （80 cases）. Patients in control group were given regular treatment from Clinical Productive Medical Center of Jiangsu Province People＇ s Hospital and pa-tients in research group were given extra kidney-reinforcing and menstrual cycle-regulating therapy. At the end, the endometrium thickness, biochemical pregnancy rate and clinical pregnancy rate were observed in both two groups. Result After kidney-reinforcing and menstrual cycle-regulating therapy, the thickness of endometrium were significant-ly increased （P〈0. 01）. It also significantly improved the biochemical pregnancy rate and clinical pregnancy rate compared to the control group （P〈0. 05）. Conclusion The kidney-reinforcing and menstrual cycle-regulating therapy can increase endometrium thickness, assist embryo implantation tocolysis, improve the clinical pregnancy rate.
