风险干预在住院精神分裂症患者中的应用

摘　　要：目的：探讨风险干预有效措施,提高护理人员风险防范意识,减少护理差错意外发生。方法整群随机抽取2013年6月至2014年6月我院精神科两个病区的精神分裂症患者,其中80例作为观察组,70例作为对照组。对照组采取常规护理管理,研究组实施风险干预。结果实施风险干预后,患者和家属对护理质量满意度分别从87%和90%提高到100%和98%（ P〈0.05）。结论将风险干预引入精神分裂症患者护理中,有利于提高护理人员风险防范意识,规范其护理行为,从而有效确保护理安全,降低护理差错意外发生,提升护理质量,和谐护患关系。Objective To discuss risk interventions effective measures, improve awareness of risk prevention from nurses, reduce nursing errors accidents. Methods A cluster was randomly selected in June 2013 to June 2014, patients with schizophrenia were from two hospital psychiatric ward, with 80 cases selected into the observation group, 70 cases selected into the control group. Cases in control groups were treated with usual care management, in observation group treated with implementation risk intervention. Results After the implementation of the risk of the intervention, the quality of care satisfaction from patients and their families were respectively increased from 87% and 90% to 100%and 98% （ P〈0. 05 ） . Conclusion To introduce the risk interventions into the nursing for in-hospitalized patients with schizophrenia helps to improve risk awareness nurses, regulate their behavior, so as to effectively ensure the care and safety, reduce accidents nursing errors, improve quality of care, harmonious nurse-patient relationship.
