Objective To observe the effect of individualized urination training on urination mode and degree of satisfaction of post percutaneous renal biopsy ( referred to as the kidney puncture) female patients. Methods 160 cases of renal puncture were randomly selected female hospitalized patients as the research object, according to randomly divided into observation group (80 cases) and control group (80 cases) . Patients in the two groups before operation were given preoperative education tradition, patients in the observation group were treated with individual bladder training. Urination after operation and nursing satisfaction were compared between two groups ( micturition, micturition, urethral catheterization induced urination) . Results Postoperative micturition ratio of patients in preoperative individualized urination training group was higher than that of the control group ( P〈0. 01 ) . Satisfaction scores of postoperative observation group and the control group were (3. 53 ± 0. 56) and (2. 78 ± 1. 24), the difference was statistically significant ( t=5. 07 , P〈0. 01 ) . Conclusion Preoperative individualized urination training can promote the postoperative women with smooth urination, improve patient satisfaction.
