儿童静脉留置针送管方法的探讨

摘　　要：目的：观察儿童静脉留置针送管方法对提高穿刺成功率的影响。方法将600例住院需采用静脉留置针的患儿随机分为3组,均需采用BD24G静脉留置针,A组200例采用双手送管法,B组200例采用单手送管法,C组200例采用改良式单手送管法,比较三种方法的穿刺成功率。结果 C组穿刺成功率明显高于A组和B组,P〈0.05。结论改进后的单手送管法可明显提高留置针的穿刺成功率。Objective To investigate the children send venous indwelling needle tube method to improve the success rate of puncture. Methods 600 cases of hospitalized children were randomly divided into 3 groups, all needed to intravenous indwelling needle. 200 cases of group A used both hands to send tube method, 200 cases of group B with one hand to send tube method, 200 cases of group C used modified single hand to send tube method. Puncture success rate of three methods were compared. Results The success rate of puncture in group C was obviously higher than that of group A and group B. Conclusions The improved single hand pipe method can improve the success rate of indwelling needle puncture.
