摘  要:文章重点介绍了白云鄂博氧化矿综合回收选矿工艺、铌钛铁合金冶炼工艺、高纯氧化钪萃取工艺、自产萤石精矿制备无水氢氟酸工艺、富钾板岩综合利用工艺、钍资源综合回收工艺等一系列新工艺。阐述了综合利用铌、钪、氟、钾、钍、钛等重要元素的关键技术。在国家"示范基地"平台和"引黄入白"管道输送工程的有力支持下,白云鄂博资源综合利用产业化项目顺利建成,该项目将实现综合回收铁、稀土、铌、钪、萤石和硫等六种精矿产品,其中铌精矿用于冶炼铌钛铁合金供生产高强度低合金钢、钪精矿用于提取高纯氧化钪供生产固体氧化物燃料电池和钪镁铝合金轻质材料、萤石用于生产氟有机化合物和无机化合物、氧化钍储备用于核能源开发。包钢将通过综合利用项目不断优化选冶工艺,延伸产业链,包括铌、钪、氟深加工产业链和钾综合利用产业链。项目的产业化对尾矿减排、环境保护、拓宽企业发展方向大幅度增加企业经济效益以及国家资源、能源安全等方面都具有重大意义。The article mainly introduced series of new processes such as Baiyun Obo oxidized ore comprehensive recycling beneficiation process,niobium- titanium ferroalloy smelting process,high- purity scandium oxide extraction,the process of making anhydrous hydrofluoric acid by in self- produced fluorite ore concentrate,potassium- rich slate comprehensive utilization process and thorium recovery process. It described the key technology of the comprehensive utilization of niobium,scandium,fluorine,potassium,thorium,titanium and other important elements. In strong support of " State Model Base" platform and " Yellow River into the Baiyun Obo" pipeline project,Baiyun Obo resource comprehensive utilization industrialization projects have been built successfully. The project will achieve the comprehensive recovery of six kinds of concentrate products of iron,rare earths,niobium,scandium,fluorite and sulfur,among which niobium is used to smelt niobium- titanium ferroalloy for the production of high strength low alloy steel,scandium concentrate is used to extract high- purity scandium oxide for the production of solid oxide fuel cell and Sc-Mg-Al alloy lightweight materials,fluorite is used to produce anhydrous hydrofluoric acid and thoria reserve for nuclear energy development. Baogang will continuously optimize mineral smelting process and extend industrial chain including niobium,scandium,fluorine deep processing and comprehensive utilization of potassium by the projects. At the same time it has very important significance for the tailings emissions reduction,environmental protection,broadening of enterprise development direction,increasing economic benefits and the national resources as well as energy security,etc.
