摘　　要：总结临床椎管内麻醉用于肛肠手术、剖宫产术等手术的现状及存在的问题，分析椎管内麻醉的并发症及处理方法。This article summarizes the current situation and existing problems of clinical intraspinal anesthesia for anorectal surgery, cesarean section and so on, and analyzes the complications and treatment method of intraspinal anesthesia.
