摘  要:用水雾化法制造金刚石工具用FeCu合金粉末,通过对雾化工艺、还原工艺的优化设计,对不同还原温度制得的粉末检测其松比、氧含量的变化,结合金刚石工具的胎体硬度、抗弯强度与切割效率、耐磨性、切割寿命之间的关系,研制性能优良,用途广泛的合金粉末。试验结果表明:雾化水压力80 MPa,水流量80L/min,选用5mm漏嘴,还原温度在(600±10)℃,还原时间25min时,制得的合金粉末各项性能指标最佳。FeCu alloy powder , which was used to make diamond tools , was prepared using water atomization method . Both atomizing and reducing processes were optimized . Powder prepared at different temperatures were tested on their loose ratios and oxygen contents , which could help to prepare new powder with better property and wider application considering matrix hardness , bending strength , cutting efficiency , wear resistance , and cutting life . Results showed that the powder possessed best property when prepared at atomizing pressure 80 M Pa , water flow 80 L/ min , and reducing temperature (600 ± 10) ℃ for 25 minutes and with a nozzle of 5 mm .
