后腹腔镜肾上腺部分切除术57例报告

摘　　要：目的探讨后腹腔镜肾上腺部分切除术的临床效果。方法回顾性分析后腹腔镜肾上腺部分切除术57(男25例,女32例)例患者的临床资料。年龄25~61岁,左侧22例,右侧35例;病史7 d^2个月;肿瘤直径1.2~4.0 cm。结果 57例手术均成功实施;手术时间40~110 min;术中出血量40~55 ml;术后3~5 d拔除腹膜后引流管;术后6~12 d出院;术后随访3~46个月,无患者肿瘤复发,无远期并发症发生。结论后腹腔镜肾上腺部分切除术治疗皮质醇和醛固酮肿瘤疗效确切,肿瘤大小对手术方式的选择很重要。【Objective】To investigate and analyze the clinical efficacy of retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial adrenalectomy. 【Methods】57 patients who underwent retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial adrenalectomy were included, 25 male, 32 female, 22 in left and 35 in right, age 25 to 61 years old, disease history of 7 days to 2 months.The largest diameter of tumors was from 1.2 to 4.0 cm. 【Results】All the patients were performed successfully, the operative time ranged from 40 ~ 110 min, the intraoperative blood loss was 40 ~ 55 ml. The inpatient time was 6 ~12 days after operation, retroperitoneal drainage tubes were removed 3 ~ 5 days after operation. All patients were followed up for 3 ~ 46 months, No cases were found recurrent. 【Conclusions】Retroperitoneal laparoscopic partial adrenalectomy can achieve satisfactory result for the treatment of adrenocortical adenoma and aldosterone adenoma,tumor size is an important factor to determine the surgical method.
