摘 要:目的:分析趋化因子CXCL14在鼻咽癌组织中的表达,并探讨其临床意义。方法:采集30例鼻咽癌患者(鼻咽癌组)及30例鼻咽炎患者(正常对照组)鼻咽部组织,采用实时荧光定量PCR和免疫组织化学方法进行CXCL14表达的检测。结果:CXCL14 m RNA和蛋白水平在鼻咽癌组的表达较正常对照组明显降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.001)。临床相关性分析表明,CXCL14表达的下调与肿瘤T分级(P=0.001)、淋巴结转移(P=0.028)及临床分期(P=0.001)相关。结论:鼻咽癌组织中CXCL14 m RNA和蛋白水平表达下降,CXCL14可能参与鼻咽癌的发生、发展过程。Objective: To investigate the expression of chemokine CXCL14 and its clinical significance in nasopharyngeal cancer (NPC). Methods: Thirty patients with NPC were selected as the disease group and another 30 cases with nasopharyngitis as control group. Biopsy with nasopharyngeal tissue was performed. The CXCL14 expression was detected with real-time fluorescence quantitative PCR and immunohistochemistry. Results: The CXCLI4 expression with NPC tissues in mRNA and protein levels declined compared with the control group (P〈0.001). Correlative analysis showed the dow-nregulation of CXCL14 expression in protein levels with NPC tissues was associated with T classification of tumor (P=-0.001), lymph node metastasis (P----0.028) and the clinical stage (P=-0.001). Conclusion: It is possible that CXCL14 plays a role in the development and progression of NPC.
