CRRT血液净化技术治疗败血症休克的综合护理干预效果

摘　　要：目的探讨CRRT血液净化技术治疗败血症休克中应用综合护理干预的临床效果。方法选取本院接受CRRT血液净化技术治疗的败血症休克患者68例,经随机数字表法分为观察组34例,对照组34例。对照组行常规护理,观察组行综合护理干预。观察2组患者治疗效果、存活情况、整体病情及相关指标变化情况。结果观察组治疗总有效率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);观察组存活率明显高于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者护理干预前APACHE-Ⅱ评分无明显差异(P>0.05);干预后评分均有下降,但观察组评分明显低于对照组(P<0.05);2组患者护理干预前相关指标均无显著差异(P>0.05);干预后,相关指标均有改善,且观察组指标情况明显优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在败血症休克CRRT血液净化治疗中应用综合护理干预,可有效提高治疗效果,改善病情,降低患者死亡率。Objective To investigate clinical effect of comprehensive nursing intervention on septic shock treated by CRRT blood purification technology. Methods A total of 68 patients with septicemia shock were as the research objects and were divided into the observation group （34 cases） and control group （34 cases） by random number table method, control group received routine nursing while observation group received comprehensive nursing intervention, treatment effect, survival, overall condition and related indexes of two groups were observed. Results Total effective rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. The survival rate in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. There were no significant differences in the in APACHE - Ⅱ scores in the two groups （P 〉0.05）. After the intervention, APACHE- Ⅱ scores were both decreased in the two groups, but it was obviously lower in the observation group than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Before nursing intervention, related indexes showed no significant difference in the two groups （P 〉 0.05）. After the intervention, related indexes were improved in two groups and it was significantly better in the observation group than that in the control group （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion The application of comprehensive nursing intervention in the treatment of septic shock by CRRT blood purification can effectively improve the treatment effect, improve the disease condition, and reduce the mortality of patients, so it is worthy of promotion.
