锁骨下中心静脉导管新型固定的临床效果研究

摘　　要：目的探讨锁骨下静脉置管贴膜的非计划性更换原因,改善锁骨下静脉置管的固定方法,降低贴膜更换率。方法选择709例行锁骨下静脉置管患者为研究对象,将所有患者随机分为实验组(n=361)和对照组(n=348),实验组采用"C"型固定,对照组按照传统的固定法,观察导管固定的效果及贴膜更换情况。结果锁骨下静脉置管"C"型固定方法实施后,导管固定效果好,减少了不良反应,实验组贴膜非计划性更换率为24.65%,对照组贴膜非计划性更换率为58.05%(P<0.05)。结论锁骨下静脉置管"C"型固定方法对于贴膜非计划性的更换具有显著的效果,能够减轻患者不适,保证管道护理的安全,减轻护理工作量,提高护理质量。Objective To investigate the unplanned replacement reasons of subclavian vein catheterization, to improve subclavian vein catheter fixation methods, and to reduce the pasting replacement rate. Methods A total of 709 subclavian vein catheterization patients were as the study objects, all patients were randomly divided into experimental group （ n = 361） and control group（ n = 348）. The experimental group applied with ＂C＂ fixation, and the control group applied traditional fixed method. Catheter fixed effects and pasting replacement conditions were observed. Results After implementation of the ＂C＂ type fixing method of subclavian vein catheter, the catheter fixing effect was good, and reduced the adverse reactions. The pasting non - planned replacement rate in the experimental group was 24.65 %, and 58.05 % in the control group （ P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion Subclavian vein catheter type ＂C＂ fixation method has significant effect on pasting unplanned replacement. It can reduce patients＇ discomfort and ensure the safety of pipeline nursing, reduce the nursing workload, and improve the quality of nursing.
