摘 要:为研究马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯(PE-g-MAH)对稀土荧光竹塑复合材料发光性能和力学性能的影响,利用荧光分光光度计、电子万能试验机、摆锤冲击仪和傅里叶红外光谱仪表征复合材料的发射光谱、力学性能和红外光谱,并利用场发射扫描电子显微镜(FESEM)观察稀土荧光竹塑复合材料的拉伸断面的微观形貌。结果表明随着马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯的含量增加,稀土荧光竹塑复合材料的发光强度、弯曲强度、弯曲模量、冲击强度和拉伸强度均先增大后减小,PE-g-MAH的含量为6%时,复合材料的相对发光强度比未添加PE-g-MAH的稀土荧光竹塑复合材料提高43.02%,弯曲强度提高42.91%,弯曲模量提高37.97%,冲击强度提高119.44%,拉伸强度提高25.35%;场发射扫描电镜显示,马来酸酐接枝聚乙烯的含量增加,铝酸锶荧光粉在基体中分散更加均匀、团聚减少、界面结合改善;红外光谱(FTIR)分析显示,PE-g-MAH与竹粉、铝酸锶荧光粉的表面羟基发生了酯化反应并形成氢键连接。In order to investigate the effects of PE-g-MAH on rare earth fluorescent bamboo plastic composites′luminescence property and mechanical property,these properties were investigated by using fluorescence spectrophotometer,electronic universal testing machine,pendulum impact tester and FT-IR spectrometer,in addition,tensile fracture microstructure of rare earth fluorescent bamboo plastic composites were observed by field emission scanning electron microscopy(FESEM).The results showed that the content of maleic anhydride grafted polyethylene increased,the luminescence property,bending strength,bending modulus,tensile strength and impact strength of rare earth fluorescent bamboo plastic composites first increased and then decreased,the content of MAH-g-PE was6% compared to no added MAH-g-PE of rare earth fluorescent bamboo plastic composite,its relative luminous intensity increased by 43.02%,bending strength increased by 42.91%,bending modulus increased by 37.97%,impact strength increased by 119.44%,tensile strength increased by 25.35%.Scanning electron microscopy showed that,the content of MAH-g-PE increased,the dispersibility and interface bonding of strontium aluminate phosphor turned more better than no added MAH-g-PE in rare earth fluorescent bamboo plastic composite.The infrared spectrum(FTIR)analysis showed that PE-g-MAH reacted esterification reaction with the surface of bamboo powder and strontium aluminate phosphor hydroxyl and formed hydrogen bonds.
