摘 要:针对宁夏设施土壤连作引起的作物根结线虫问题,以番茄为材料,以太阳能消毒为对照(A),系统研究福气多+太阳能消毒(B)、石灰氮+太阳能消毒(C)、石灰氮+太阳能消毒+生物熏蒸(麦秆)(D)和石灰氮+太阳能消毒+生物熏蒸(麦秆)+淡紫拟青霉处理(E)对番茄土壤养分、酶活性、根结线虫数量的影响,结果表明:相对A,B、D、E能有效提高盛果期和拉秧期土壤速效磷含量,C、D、E显著提高盛果期土壤速效氮含量,且E在拉秧期仍显著提高速效氮含量;D和E能显著提高盛果期和拉秧期土壤蔗糖酶活性,且拉秧期E显著提高土壤纤维素酶活性;盛果期B、D和E对减少土壤耕层0-30cm的线虫数量均有显著作用,并且E的降低效果最显著;B处理相对A显著增加根系干鲜重。总之E处理对维持土壤养分、降低土壤线虫效果最优。Aiming at the problem of root-knot nematodes caused continuous cropping in Ningxia,Using tomato as meterial,solarization,was as control,fosthiazate and solarization( B),Ca CN2 and solarization( C),Ca CN2,solarization and biofumigation( D),Ca CN2,solarization,biofumigation and paecilomyces lilacinus( E) were treatments,to research the effect of diffetent treatments on the soil nutrients,enzymatic activities,and the number of root knot nematodes. The results showed that comparing to A,the B,D,E of soil available p content were improved in full bearing and harvest period,the C、D、E of soil available N were improved in full bearing period,and E could improve soil available N in harvest period. Sucrase activities of D and E were increased in full bearing and harvest period significantly,and cellulase of E was also increased in the harvest period. The soil root-knot nematodes population of 0 to 30 cm soil layer were significantly reduced in B,D and E,and the effect of E was most significant. So,E had best effect on maintaining soil nutrients,reducing the soil nematodes quantity.
