基于均匀试验方法的轻骨料混凝土强度研究

摘　　要：运用均匀试验设计,研究了聚丙烯纤维、木质素纤维和粉煤灰3个因素的不同水平对轻骨料混凝土强度的影响;利用SPSS统计软件中的回归方法建立了以轻骨料混凝土强度为目标函数的回归方程;最后,用Matlab软件得到了3个因素在轻骨料混凝土中的最优掺量。The strength of lightweight aggregate concrete,which is effected by three factors of different levels of polypropylene fiber,lignin fiber and fly ash,is researched by the uniform test design; Regression equation for the objective function of lightweight aggregate concrete strength is established by using the regression method in the SPSS statistics software; Finally,the research obtained the optimum dosage of three factors in lightweight aggregate concrete with Matlab software.
