摘 要:某火力发电厂T91高温再热器管发生爆管,通过宏观爆口分析、化学成分分析、金相组织分析、EDS分析以及力学性能检验等手段对此次T91管爆管事故进行了研究。结果表明:爆口呈喇叭状,边缘锋利,具有典型的塑性变形特征,爆口附近的金相组织不具有典型的马氏体形貌特征,基体中析出大量的第二相粒子。综合判断此次爆管原因为短期过热至马氏体相变点之上,材料强度急剧下降,低于内部介质的压力而瞬间发生爆管。Focusing on the tube burst of T91 high-temperature re-heater tubes in fossil-fuel power plant, the comprehensive analysis for the tube burst reason was carried out by macro morphology, chemical composition analysis, metallographic examination, EDS analysis and mechanical properties testing. The results show that the morphology of the fracture is typical plastic deformation with horn mouth and sharp edges. There is no typical martensite near the burst mouth, and a large number of the second phase particles precipitate in the matrix. The reason for tube burst is that the temperature rises higher than martensitic phase transformation temperature point of T91, so that the tube burst happens when the strength of material drops sharply, which is lower than the pressure of inner medium.
