摘　　要：文章以湖北师范学院外语学科馆员参与全国全程英语教育科研项目数据监护为例,尝试从科研数据管理的个性化、专深化、集成化角度出发,根据项目数据监护的背景和需求,构建基于科研数据管护的协同服务平台,践行多元化科研数据管理方案,同时对学科馆员转型为数据馆员的职业发展提出建设性观点。In light of individualization, professionalism and integration of research data management, the paper tries to take English subject librarians＇ participating in data project in Hubei Normal University for example, establishes form adjusting to its relevant background and requirement, with diverse objectives, gives some constructive suggestions subject-based to data-based service. curation for the whole-process-tracked English education a data-based collaborative service and management plat- conducts an implementing plan of data curation service on librarians＇ professional development of transition from
