摘　　要：目的 探讨C反应蛋白与糖尿病肾病的相关性,从而为糖尿病的治疗提供可参考依据。方法 将2013年12月~2014年12月接收的80例糖尿病患者作为观察组,另选取接收的30例行体检的健康者作为对照组,参照24 h尿微量白蛋白水平将80例患者分为单纯糖尿病组（SDM组,n=25）、早期糖尿病肾病组（EDN组,n=30）以及临床糖尿病肾病组（CDN组,n=25）,对其hs-CRP、Cr、Hb Alc水平检测,行相关性分析。结果 对照组hs-CRP、Cr、Hb Alc水平明显低于EDN、CDN组,EDN组则低于CDN组（P〈0.05）;DN患者的hs-CRP与Cr、Hb Alc呈正相关。结论 hs-CRP、Cr、Hb Alc均参与糖尿病发展过程,对hs-CRP水平进行检测对糖尿病肾病的诊疗意义重大。Objective To study the correlation between c -reactive protein and diabetic nephropathy, which can be a reference for the treatment of diabetes. Methods From December 2013 to December 2014 received 80 cases of diabet- ic patients as observation group, the other selected at the same time the hospital received 30 routine examination of healthy subjects as control group, with reference to the 24 h urine trace albumin levels 80 patients were divided into sim- ple diabetes group （ SDM group, n = 25 ）, the early diabetic nephropathy group （ EDN group, n = 30） and clinical dia- betic nephropathy group （ CDN group, n = 25 ）, the hs - CRP, Cr, HbAle level detection, correlation analysis. Results The control group in the hs CRP, Cr, HbAle level was lower than that in group EDN, CDN, EDN is below the CDN group （P 〈 0. 05） ; The hs CRP and DN patients Cr, HbAlc were positively correlated. Conclusions The hs - CRP, Cr, HbAlc are involved in diabetes development process, to test the hs - CRP level is of great significance to the diag- nosis and treatment of diabetic nephropathy.
