造纸废水特征有机污染物的分析

摘　　要：以二氯甲烷为萃取剂,采用液液萃取-气质联用(GC/MS)法对制浆造纸综合废水的有机物进行了分析研究。结果表明:造纸废水中检出36种有机物,主要为酮类、苯酚类、醛类、酸类、烷烃类、醌类及少量其他化合物,质量百分比依次是63.16%、13.20%、11.91%、9.04%、0.70%及0.30%。特征有机物为4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基苯乙酮、4-羟基-3,5-二甲氧基苯甲醛、4-羟基-3-甲氧基苯乙酮、十六烷酸、苯酚、2-甲氧基苯酚、苯甲酸、3-羟基-4-甲氧基苯甲醛等。废水处理后大部分有机物得到了去除,仅检出5种有机物。在该造纸废水中检出3种我国水环境优先控制污染物,包括苯酚、2,4,6-三氯苯酚、氯化氰,废水处理后这3种物质均未检出。The organic matter in papermaking wastewater was determined by liquid-liquid extraction and GC/MS with extraction solvent CHEC12. The results showed that 36 organic pollutants were detected. The key organic species were ketones, phenols, aldehydes, acids, alkanes, quinines and others, and the contents were respectively 63.16%, 13.20%, 11.91%, 9.04%, 0.70% and 0.30%. The characteristic water pollutants of papermaking wastewater are 4＇-hydroxy-3＇,5＇-dimethoxy acetophenone, 4-hydroxy-3,5- dimethoxy benzaldehyde, 4＇-hydroxy-3＇-methoxy acetophenone, hexadecanoic acid, phenol, 2-methoxy phenol, benzenecarboxylic acid, 3-hydroxy-4-methoxy benzaldehyde, and so on. The mostly compounds were removed after treated and only 5compounds were detected. Three priority pollutants of Chinese water environment were found in papermaking wastewater, including phenol, 2,4,6-trichloro phenol and cyanogen chloride. But the 3 compounds were not detected in treated wastewater.
