河南省流动人口婚育及计生服务状况分析

摘　　要：人口的流动,有利于发展经济、繁荣市场、促进劳动力资源的合理配置,有利于缩小城乡差距、推动社会生产力的发展,但同时也给人口和计划生育管理带来了诸多新的困难和问题。做好流动人口计划生育服务和管理工作,不仅关系低生育水平的稳定,而且还关系到计生工作质量的全面提高。本文运用2013年河南省流动人口动态监测数据中有关流动人口婚育和计划生育服务状况的相关数据,对河南省流动人口的婚育状况及计生服务和管理状况进行分析,并结合存在的问题提出政策建议。The population flow is conducive to the development of the economy, promotion of the reasonable allocation of labor resources and the development of social the gap between urban and rural areas, but also brings about many new difficulties and of population and family planning. The family planning service and ly related to the stability of low fertility level, but also the overall management of the the prosperity of the market, productive forces, narrowing problems to the management floating population is not on- improvement of the quality of the project. Using the 2013 dynamic monitoring data about the marriage and family planning condition of the floating population in Henan Province, this paper examines the marriage and fertility status, as well as the family planning service and mangement of the floating population in Henan Province, and puts forward policy suggestions in accordance with the existing problems.
