摘　　要：防治腐败攸关国家兴亡。在我国域内家庭财产申报制度法律缺位的情形下,相关规定无法破除申报主体范围过窄、受理机构权威性不足、家庭财产申报系统制度体系弱化的现实困境。当前反腐形势严峻紧迫,应尽快通过全国人大立法确立我国境内家庭财产申报制度,规定申报法定原则、全面申报原则、真实申报原则、信息公开原则,扩大申报主体范围,结合列举与兜底的方式规定申报内容,优化申报方式,分离受理与审查机构,科学构建中国特色的家庭财产申报制度。Anti-corruption, though a matter of vital importance, is still confronted with a stern situation due to a lack of legislation on the family properties declaration system in China, which results in a series of severe problems such as a narrowed scope of applicants, an insufficient authority of enforcement institutions, and a weakened family properties declaration system. This paper, therefore, calls for a legislative plan of the National People＇s Congress to stipulate a mandatory, authentic and disclosing family properties declaration system with Chinese characteristics that features in a widened scope of applicants, a thorough declaration, an optimized reporting methods, and a separation of enforcement and censorship.
