注射用盐酸头孢替安皮肤过敏试验及皮试方法的探究

摘　　要：目的:研究注射用头孢替安皮肤过敏试验(皮试)方法,为保证临床安全用药提供参考。方法:选取2014年6月间在门诊使用注射用头孢替安患者186例作为对照组,将注射用头孢替安采用四步法配制皮试液做皮试;另选取2014年10月间在门诊使用注射用头孢替安患者122例作为观察组,将其采用二步法配制皮试液做皮试,比较两组患者头孢替安皮试阳性率,并结合文献资料分析头孢替安皮试阳性率偏高的原因。结果:观察组患者的阳性率为7.37%低于对照组为36.56%(P<0.01);由于头孢替安本身的特殊性、配制皮试液方法及浓度、皮试注射剂量和皮试结果的判断标准,都会影响头孢替安的皮试结果。结论:采用二步法配制头孢替安皮试液,注射剂量为0.02 m L(浓度为300μg/m L),可降低头孢替安皮试的阳性率。Objective： To study the skin allergy test and its method ofcefotiam hydrochloride for injection and to provide the reference for the safety clinical medication. Methods： Selecting 186 patients in clinic in June 2014 for control group, the solution ofcefofiam hydrochloride for injection for skin test was prepared using the four-step method. Selecting 122 patients in clinic in October 2014 for observation group, the solution for skin test were prepared using the two-step method. The positive rates of two groups were compared and the reasons of high positive rate of skin test for cefotiam were analyzed on the basis of relevant references. Results： The positive rate of observation group was 7.37% which is lower than that of control group was 36.56%（P〈0.01 ）. The results of cefotiam skin test were affected by reason of the particularity of cefotiam, method of preparation for solution for skin test, concentration of solution for skin test, injection dose and skin test result judgment standard. Conclusion： The solution of skin test for cefotiam is prepared using the two-step method. The injection dose is 0.02 mL（concentration is 300 μg/mL） which can reduce the positive rate ofcefotiam skin test.
