补硒治疗扩张型心肌病的效果研究

摘　　要：目的 探讨补硒治疗扩张型心肌病的效果。方法 选取2013年6月~2014年7月在本院治疗的104例扩张型心肌病患者作为研究对象,随机分为观察组和对照组,各52例。对照组给予呋塞米、螺内酯、卡托普利、比索洛尔等药物进行治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予硒维康口嚼片进行辅助治疗。6个月后,检测两组的血硒水平以及LVESD、LVEDD和LVEF水平,同时比较两组的恢复程度。结果 观察组治疗后的血硒浓度显著高于治疗前及对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。观察组治疗后的LVESD、LVEDD水平显著低于治疗前,LVEF水平显著高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。观察组治疗后的LVEDD、LVESD水平低于对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。观察组的LVEF水平显著高于对照组治疗后,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。观察组的心功能改善情况优于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论 在规范药物治疗的基础上给予补硒治疗对扩张型心肌病具有更好的疗效。Objective To explore the effect of filling selenium in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy. Methods 104 patients with dilated cardiomyopathy from June 2013 to July 2014 in our hospital were Selected and randomly di- vided into the observation group and the control group, 52 eases in each group.The control group was given drug thera- py with furosemide,spironolaetone,eaptopril and bisoprolol,the observation group was given further adjuvant therapy with selenium weikang chewed piece.After treatment for 6 months,the level of blood selenium,LVESD,LVEDD and LVEF was detected in two groups,and the degree of recovery was compared in two groups. Results The level of blood seleni- um after treatment in the observation group was higher than that before treatment and in the control group after treat- ment,with signifieant difference （P〈0.01）.The level of LVESD and LVEDD after treatment in the observation group was lower than that before treatment,the level of LVEF after treatment in the observation group was higher than that before treatment,with significant difference （P〈0.01）.The level of LVESD and LVEDD after treatment in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after treatment,with significant difference （P〈0.05）.The level of LVEF after treatment in the observation group was higher than that in the control group after treatment,with significant difference （P〈0.01）.The improvement condition of heart function in the observation group was better than that in the control group, with significant difference （P〈0.05）. Conclusion On the basis of standard drug therapy,filling selenium in the treatment of dilated cardiomyopathy has better effect.
