清热解毒止痛散联合西医治疗带状疱疹的效果分析

摘　　要：目的 探讨清热解毒止痛散联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹的效果。方法 选取2014年1月~2015年1月本院收治的72例带状疱疹患者作为研究对象,随机分为治疗组和对照组,各36例。对照组给予西药常规治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上给予清热解毒止痛散内服。比较两组的治疗效果。结果 治疗组的总有效率为97.23%,显著高于对照组的80.56%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。治疗组的止痛时间、结痂时间、脱痂时间显著短于对照组,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。两组在治疗期间未发现不良反应。结论 清热解毒止痛散联合阿昔洛韦治疗带状疱疹效果显著,能够明显缩短治疗时间,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the effect of Qingre Jiedu Zhitong powder combined with acyclovir in the treatment of herpes zoster. Methods 72 patients with herpes zoster from January 2014 to January 2015 in our hospital were selected and randomly divided into the treatment group and the control group,36 cases in each group.The control group was giv- en conventional western medicine,the treatment group was given Qingre Jiedu Zhitong powder on the basis of the con- trol group.The therapeutic effect was compared in two groups. Results The total effective rate in the treatment group was 97.23%,which was higher than 80.56% in the control group,with significant difference （P〈0.01）.The pain time,scab over time,scab off time in the treatment group was shorter than that in the control group,with significant difference （P〈 0.01）.There was no adverse reaction during the treatment in two groups. Conclusion The effect of Qingre Jiedu Zhitong powder combined with acyclovir in the treatment of herpes zoster is significant,which can significantly shorten the treat- ment time,it is worthy of clinical promotion and application.
