畸胎引产患者的心理反应分析及护理干预

摘　　要：目的 探讨畸胎引产患者的心理反应及护理干预措施。方法 选取2012年1月~2014年12月本院收治的61例畸胎引产患者,将其随机分为对照组（30例）和观察组（31例）。对照组采用常规护理,观察组在此基础上针对心理问题给予心理护理干预。于入院第一天和出院前一天采用焦虑自评量表（SAS）和抑郁自评量表（SDS）对两组患者进行评估,同时比较两组的护理服务满意度。结果 入院第一天,两组的SAS、SDS评分差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）。经过一系列护理干预后,出院前一天,两组的SAS、SDS评分均明显下降,且观察组的SAS、SDS评分显著低于对照组（P〈0.05）。观察组的护理总满意度为90.3%,显著高于对照组的76.7%（P〈0.05）。结论 对畸胎引产患者进行正确的心理分析和及时有效的护理干预,可促进其身心康复,同时提高护理服务的满意度。Objective To explore the psychological reaction and nursing intervention of patients with teras induced la- bor. Methods 61 patients with teras induced labor in our hospital from January 2012 to December 2014 were selected and randomly divided into the control group （30 cases） and the observation group （31 cases）.The control group was giv- en conventional nursing,the observation group was given conventional nursing and psychological nursing intervention. Two groups were evaluated according to the self-rating anxiety scale （SAS） and the self-rating depression scale （SDS） on the first day of admission and the day before discharge.The nursing satisfaction in two groups was compared. Re- sults On the first day of admission,the SAS and SDS scores in two groups had no significant difference （P〉0.05）.After a series of nursing intervention,the SAS and SDS scores in two groups were significantly lower on the day before dis- charge,and SAS and SDS scores in observation group were significantly lower than those of control group （P〈0.05）.The nursing satisfaction in observation group was 90.3%,which was higher than 76.7% of control group（P〈0.05）. Conclusion Correct psychological analysis and effective nursing intervention in patients with teras induced labor can promote their physical and psychological recovery and improve nursing service satisfaction.
